  • We ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. As we are based in Hong Kong, the package will be shipped via Airmail.
  • Here are the options we offer:
  1. Add Tracking Number for your order (cost varies by destination), delivery time 7 - 14 working days 
  2. Expedited Service by EMS (cost varies by destination), delivery time 2-5 working days

RETURN / REFUND/ REPLACEMENT

  • If you would like to return or request for refund for your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
  • Shipping cost will be refunded if the package is marked as NOT DELIVERED by the Post Office / Courier. 
  • Money-back guarantee for any defective items received. We will bear the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please contact us via the Contact Us page. We will get in touch with you once the request is received.
  • If you received a defective item and would like to have a replacement, please contact us for further arrangement; please also note that the replacement will be sent via airmail (free of charge ,10-17 business days for delivery). 
  • In case you are not satisfied with the products, please contact us via the Contact Us page or email hello@happymoments.club for assistance. We will work with you to resolve any issue you may encounter with the products.
  • If you change your mind about the purchase, we accept return for unused products with unopened package. You will have to bear the return shipping cost to our US address (provided by our staff), and we will issue refund to you when the returned package is received.
